I want to move to the northeast. My children have moved away, my parents are deceased, and I no longer have family here.

Moving is scary, but it can also be my new adventure and a renewed "lease on life".   I grew  up in the northeast and have family and friends there, even though I have been gone many years.

So, to move or not to move?????

Thanks!!!

Do what feels right for you!

Do what feels right for you!  Moving is a stressor, but so is being somewhere without a good support system.  Good luck with whatever you decide!

    decisions, decisions :)

Yes, a pro and con list is a  great idea.  I grew up in Maryland and want to live  in NY in the Hudson River Valley area, or Boston.

As a child, most of my summers were spent in upstate  NY.

Either place --- I will be closer to my daughter,  cousins, and friends.  Now I am thinking for job security, I should work two more

years here (God willing) and then retire and move.  If I go now, I will need  to find a job......and that may be very difficult.

And that pro and con list will be good for deciding on the new location.  :)  thanks.

    amazing!

That is one city I have been looking at!!   When I saw that you are camping on the 4th---I was so jealous LOL  :)

Worried now that the cost will be too much, but on the otherhand I don't want to give up my dreams............I feel

like that is what  will keep me going!!  Did I mention my youngest lives in NYC ---this is her 4th year there.
