Miss Mom & Dad a lot

I lost my Dad a year before my cancer diagnosis, and my Mom a couple years after my treatment.  I miss them both terribly!  They were so special.

    I can't say I know how you

I can't say I know how you feel, I'm healthy...but on your parents part...I miss my parents also. But I know they are watching up above and following through my path. I wish you to be strong! Fight! Show your parents that you are strong!

    I'm not

    Hello there:

I'm not checking in here too often, but that doesn't mean I don't care. I am happy to hear that you are strong! You need to be! You cannot let your parents down....it would disappoint them to see you fall apart....that's what I have learned after recovering from a two year long of spiral downhill. It just slapped me in the face one day that my parents must be really sad....and that's when I learned that I am responsible for their happiness....even they are up there. All the best to you!! And will be happy to hear from you when you come around here...

    Hi Sharpy102

    Hi Sharpy102,

Thanks for the email, I do not always check-in, but was glad to catch your note.  While I have been through a lot, I am doing fine now.  The docs keep theirs eyes on me, and I pretty much have my life back to normal - I am very lucky about that.

All my best to you, and I appreciate your kind spirit!!!

    Hello there again:

    So good

    Hello there again:

So good to hear you are doing good! :) You have to do be doing good! That's how your parents would want to see you! That's why I always tell myself with every smaller/bigger problems in my life that my parents want me to grow up to be a happy person, who graduates from school, or maybe even goes off to college, and who will be happy with a happy family one day. I need to do all these for them. You should also make a big list of what you need to do to show your parents. That will motivate you to never give up any type of fight, no matter what others say! I wish you the best! Really! :)
