I would like to see your photo's
    Hi Scambuster,
My Mom gave me alittle black salve to use on my skin cancers. I'm 45 years old and had a few areas burnt off by a doctor, but they would always come back. I used it on a few areas on my arm. But, I should not have put it on my nose! Now I feel like I have to be a hermit until it is healed. I hope you can tell me how long did it take for the one on your nose to heal? Also, I can't seem to find the photo's of your nose. Could you send them to me? I would really appreciate your help. Thank you, 2233AZgirl

    The danger of this thread
is that it doesn't make any distinction between the several forms of skin cancer. The common skin cancer, likely what started this thread, called basal cell carcinoma, can be cured by many easy treatments, inccluding topical therapies. It is an indolent cancer, tending not to metastesize either locally or distantly. IT is found typically in sun exposed areas, like head and neck. The other skin cancer is a true squamous cell carcinoma, an entirely different critter that is a nasty actor. It kills people. Be very careful following advicce like this, well intended, but pretty harmful if applied unscientifically. The point here is that treating anything that doesn't have a firm diagnosis is a crap shoot. Many things that react to a treatment like this are not even cancer. Basal cell cancers are simply easy to cure. Go buy a gerbil and have the rhodent gnaw the cancer off--- that works just fine. Or put any salve on it that causes significant reaction, that is the principal of Mohs chemosurgery, after all. But treat SCC with any treatment that doesn't extirpate it and you are asking for death. The first reason you get a professional opinion is that these judgements are best made by the guy who has years of training and experience with the disease.

    best to you.

    Original Poster....
    Charlie,

The reason you can't access the photos in Scams expressions ares because he was banned quite a while back.

Main reason was for posts as this and the dangers of possible misinterpretations of healings, success, etc...

I'm not endorsing or condemning, but this site is one of a first line defense geared around traditional modern medicine treatment.

Scam is a nice guy, I used to have his email, not sure if I still do or not. But I can look next week when back at work.

If you would like to communicate with him, shoot me a PM to remind me next week please.

    Best,
    John

    Escharotics

There is no such thing as A Black Salve.  There are many products sold as "Black Salve."
