Esophageal Oncologist Recommendation

My husband was just diagnosed with T3, stage III EC.  Who do you recommend for esophageal oncology, no matter where in the U.S.?

Thank you, Paul.  We made inquiries into Mayo Clinic today.  Where can I find information on the progression of this affliction?  I want to know how it progresses, the quality of life of the person, how to make them comfortable, etc.
