Cycloblastin (Cyclophosphamide) anyone?
Having had three rounds of Gemzar with falling CA125's unfortunately on the fourth round my numbers went up by 10 percent!. So so disappointing! I really thought is was onto the right chemo for me. However my Oncologist has added Cycloblastin which I take in tablet form, one 50 mg daily. Just wondering if anyone else is having or has had this drug and how it affected you and your progress? Would love any feedback please.

Thank you girlsseatown said:Best wishes
So sorry to learn your CA 125 number is rising. Haven't heard of this drug, but I hope it's the right solution for you. Best of luck, and I'll be thinking of you.
I'm looking forward to my next CA125 mid next week to see if any improvement. Thankfully no side effects so far to report on the new drug - would be so wonderful if it does the job without the nasties! Hope is the name of the game!!!
