    I thought you were kidding

I thought you were kidding when I  first read you posting title.. then I Binged it ...and it is real but not in the US.. FDA only will allow in clinical trial that are closely administered.. The side effects don't seem to concerned - just like any other herbal application..

Are you in Europe somewhere or you daughter as that is where it is used like other drugs?

    HI
    we are in Canada.  Her

    HI

we are in Canada.  Her N.D. has her on this plus a few other supplements from Germany . Her surgeons  are surprised at her results , they have said  it looks like your immune system is kicking in, they don't know why:) . Are you sure you can't get it in the U.S. ? It also lessens chemo side effects. Her cea before chemo was 1.3 (she started on mistletoe in July.

    Don't know Helixor

will look it up, anyway glad to hear she is doing well, good news is great news, and having Dr's surprised is icing on the cake. I believe the immune system kicking in is the key.

i tried weleda about a year ago

it may have helped me somewhat, but not enough. my markers kept on increasing while on it.

i did it for 8 weeks, i saw the only doc in sydney who prescribes iscador. i got the type for colorectal. some tumours respond, some dont, its on the chemo sensitivity test from genostics, but as its an immune system stimulant.

checkout my blog , i just found an amazing 56 pages on exercise and the immune system, i am off to yoga. if something works than be grateful, i am.

    hugs,

    pete

I had the impression it was not helping

at the time is was getting into a rather involved routine of alternative supplements and therapies.

the doctor who dished out iscador only did iscador, my other alternative docs with vit c and all the supplements got my attention at the time.

with what i know now and have heard, i suspect i was not doing the dosing correctly, iscador also came up negative on my genostics test, so i prefered to invest in therapies where tests results indicated effectiveness.

i have met some who did well on iscador, i suspect alot of it depends on your immune system, mines has been depressed since my 6 months of folfox.

some of the european clinics use iscador heavily, but not where i am currently treated, I have heard they use much higher doses. thats about as much as i know, except i did get a reaction when i injected in my tummy. it was the first injection i gave myslef to try and beat the cancer, it may have helped, it was not expensive, i am glad i tried it.

    hugs,

    Pete

    Hi Atlantic :)

Yes I'm in Canada...other side...lol!!!   Our clinic does Iscador and Helixor but I can't remember why some patients recieve the Helixor.  Most of us are on Iscador.  I haven't taken wobe mucos enzymes but I do take Wobenzyme N and boy does it work for me.  Tumeric is an included ingredient in a couple of my supplements.  Sorry for the late reply...I had chemo on the 31st and don't do much on the computer during my chemo week.  :)
