new looking board today

did everyone else board change today? i was on here yesterday and the boards didn't look like this with the envelope message ..~~MollyZ~~

    I had trouble downloading a picture
    on the Expressions gallery. Then it told me it was too big. Weird...I use to be able to. The new site doesn't look better than the old one.
