Latest CA 125 result

in Ovarian Cancer #1
ia 24, down 5 from last month. The Tamoxifen is still working. It took 16 days for the letter to come. I am too chicken to call, it makes me nervous. It usually takes about 10 days. I am going to ask my doctor about that next visit. I am already due for another one on November 13th. The fun never stops, huh ladies?

Complaining aside, I am feeling great and so grateful. This is a precious time for me. For now, cancer seems to be on the back burner.

    Great news, Karen!
    I'm so happy to hear that your number is down again this month! Waiting 16 days for the letter must have been torture for you but as a fellow "chicken", I completely understand. I'm scheduled for my next CA 125 the Monday before Thanksgiving and I'm trying not to think about it. I feel like you - feeling great and very grateful!
