biopsy results in the a.m.
I have been saying I'm sick of feeling sick for months. Still very weak, nauseated and dizzy. Trying very hard to get calories to stay in me....but stomache wants to get rid of it as soon as I try. I get those results on the scope tomorrow...good or bad I'm hoping they can pin point why I feel like this. They took 23 tissue samples, and two possible cancerous polyps. (WHY DO THEY SAY THIS ?) O.k., I know why, I get it... I have an excellant doctor. The use to be strong woman in me is wanting back out...lol. Our # 9 grandbaby is due on Saturday for sure, unless she decides to come before. So I told my hubby any hospital stays are put off until after our Emily Jayne arrives. I'm praying for positive news tomorrow, but kinda hard to stay positive when I'm so beat down. Thinking warmest thoughts for you all ! Katie

Anyway ...congrats on that 9th grandbaby (holy cow I still have young kids at home) ...and don't think for one minute you are off the prayer list

Katie....sending massive positive thoughts and
prayers that tomorrows news is 1) positive, that they don't find any cancer...2) that they do figure out why you feel so crappy...and why you're having so much trouble keeping food down...There is a strong woman in there...strong people get tired, too...give her a little rest and she'll be out there fighting again tomorrow....Not getting enough to eat and stay hydrated has to contribute to feeling bad...I have never felt so sick as when I was dehydrated, and I didn't even know I was...

Well my results were very good. I had one spot that was defineately a colon cancer red flag....but they got it all. (Not ACC though, thank God...meaning no mets of my H/N cancer) They will moniter every two yrs and then spread it out accordingly if no more is found. Funny man told me to go home and drink more gateraide.....hee-hee, buddy ! I also have pnuemonia in my left lung....so that's whats been dragging me down. Will let you all know when our little granddaughter arrives tomorrow ! Again, thank you all...will be thinking of you ! Katie0 -

No cancer and we know why you've been feeling so punk....best news all day. Katie, I'm so glad you got this all checked out, and now you can get some anti-biotics going, and take care of the pneumonia....perfect!! You'll be feeling like a new woman in a week!
