Thanks for asking, I am an emotional basket case at present. Lost too great alt cancer girl friends last week, being survivor I have more soulmates than I carefor.

My mixed up state is a combo of
Jetlag
Seminar high
Grieving
And coming home to chaos.

But that's life.

Pete the longer I linger with this diseased condition the more I notice how others are no longer with us. At the clinic it seems that there are new faces with an absence of others. Not trying to be morbid or negative but as in all things there are some that fight the fight and win while others, although no less diligent, seem to lose the battle. We all have to do what works for our particular situation and temperament. Pete, I admire your resolve to do it "your way" and the apparent support you have from your family. When I do Qigong I rip my shirt off and get Sun, vit d when I can.

Lingering is such a good word, it's like the end of the best movie of your life,
you know ithe movie is about to end while savouring the feelings from the movie.
