Check-up News

I am 2 1/2 years post diagnosis and had an abdominal ultrasound and a chest xray Monday and got the results today. Great news--everything looks good--no sign of cancer. My oncologist had told me if everything was okay with these tests, there wouldn't be another CT scan until October, which means I am now getting CT scans yearly instead of every 6 months. I am so grateful for the clean scans thus far!

    Fabulous news!
    Melinda,

I LOVE to read good news. Especially from someone, who like my husband, was diagnosed as a T3N1M0. Very encouraging :)

Celebrate your good news! And enjoy the less frequent scans.

My presurgery chemo was the same as your hubby--I had cisplatin and 5FU along with radiation. What kind of surgery did your hubby have, MIE, IL, or THE?
