Tommycat, are those little dune buggies you're renting?? I've been wanting to do that. Looks like a riot. When we're driving through the U.S., can't recall which State but I've seen the signs, somewhere on the way to Illinoise.... Pepe I think we're going to a car show. We had ONE lovely day here this week, but of course today it's blowing, freezing, and the snow keeps coming on and off today. Apparently it's supposed to warm up sometime in the next few days.

    Yes!
The little cute ones, that have a lot of oomph. We are going to the dunes outside of Yuma AZ, and like you, I've always wanted to try it. Will report back :)

kids party and starting chelation therapy.
its a lovelly weekend here, sunny and warm, the kids are jumping off the warf into the river.

i am busy doing 3 enemas a day, to get these toxic metals out.

i miss drinking my coffees, i used to love drinking coffee.

at least now i can enjoy the smell.

its ironic but i still try and get the grind right, a nice cremma. then i remember i am not drinking it! alas.

this was an attempted at humour.

    hugs,
    pete

ps i hope you are feeling well and have a nice lunch with your mum

    Hi Pepe,
    Rick and I are

    Hi Pepe,

Rick and I are going to take his kids to the Museum of Science in Boston tomorrow. It's been over a year since he's felt well enough to be able to venture to the city for a few hours. He looks and feels so good right now that you'd never think that he was so sick on the inside. But, I'm trying not to think about that, so I'm looking forward to seeing his smiling face as his kids explore the various exhibits. It should be a nice day. :-)

    All my best,

    Cyn

    Fifteen years ago when my
Fifteen years ago when my middle daughter was two I was told my middle daughter had a cognitive disability. I can remember at the time when wondering what the future might look like asking the question, "Will she get to go to the prom?". Seems like a dumb thing to worry about at the time but was representative of what "normal" girls do. Well guess what we did this weekend? We went shopping for the perfect prom dress because a boy in my daughter's special Ed class invited her to the prom. The only problem now is that she wants a dress with far less material that I do. If anybody has a Size 6 turtleneck prom dress with a padlock they are looking to sell, I am in the market for one. Lisa

    Mountains
We moved to the mountains! I researched all the pros and cons. I looked at the demographics of education, DSL. crime, etc.... We went and visited three times for 3-4 days. My wife was sold! We spoke to many locals and they were so friendly, and most had a similar story to us, they wanted out of the big city problems, and to be with more educated people. We moved from SoCal(LA) to small town Payson, Arizona. Everyone so far has been really friendly, and helpful. Scottsdale has a world class Colon Cancer Hospital. (Shea Medical) We have run into three people from our home town. (It is a small world.) We are trying to figure out the cold, where things are at, and to slow down. (The speed limits on the highway are 40mph vs 65mph. The surface streets are 15mph or 25mph vs 40 or 45mph.) Scottsdale is 90 miles away! So, we have to plan our lives out for big purchases and medical attention. Else, most things can be purchased via internet. Many small businesses have promised us they can deliver anything we want in a day or two. We are liking the slow down, and more importantly I needed it!
    Best Always!~ mike

My friends, this is what I did last Friday. (My video was shown by NBC). Incredible waterspout that turned into a tornado when it hit land. This is a link to my Youtube video.

    Hi Pete
You mention you are doing 3 enemas a day.

    Have you considered the following:

the repeated use of enemas can, over time, cause problems with the muscles in the intestines. The regular use of enemas can prevent the muscles of the intestine from doing their job properly. You should not need to use enemas to have a bowel movement, and should seek the advice of a physician if you can not move your bowels without a stimulant.

In addition to doing harm to the muscles in the intestine, regular enema use can also lead to a condition called hyponatremia (or water intoxication). Hyponatremia is an imbalance of the electrolytes that occurs when the body does not have enough sodium (salt). Acute hyponatremia can be dangerous and may require treatment with medication or IV fluids.

    Lisa,
That is just awesome news! We have a 15 year old daughter with special needs and I know what you mean about wanting her to do the things other teens do. I hope they have a wonderful time and I hope she finds the right dress. :)
