    Ahhhh my Libra buddy!
    Hey there,
Loved seeing your post pop up.. I was just thinking about you earlier today. We had a lovely day spent at my oldest sons girlfriends Grandmothers home..whew..thats a mouthful..ha! All of the kids/grandkids were there plus alot of other friends and "drop in's"..(mostly friends of the kids), and a good time was had by all. Lizzy loved all of the extra love and attention she received and was passed around for all to hug and kiss on her. I'm ashamed at the amount of food I consumed, but it wasn't my fault..there were just too many scrumptious dishes to sample...ha! I hope you had a peaceful happy day also. Did you cook and have family over, or go to an invite away from home? It felt weird not cooking the full meal this year and having everyone over here at home, but then again I totally enjoyed the no fuss and getting to enjoy others wonderful cooking.Last year I had my 5th round of chemo 2 days before Thanksgiving...sooo glad thats behind me now. Take care my friend, and please keep in touch. Love you...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)

    Hey night owl
    Hi Sue

We had a very nice time at my oldest daughters home. She and my youngest daughter did all the cooking. The only thing I did was to dry some dishes. Very nice indeed...

We brought my mom over also, She will be 90 on monday. We took her back after desert, but we returned for a little more family time.

I enjoyed the yummy food, but have not been eating much lately.

I promise to update you very soon. I just have been trying to sort out my thoughts on all that is going on.

I am so happy that you are doing well and able to care for Lizzy. What a special joy!!

I was thinking of you too, today. Remembering your chemo and struggle with the P word.
Very Very glad that you are past that now.

Well, I think I will try to get cozy and warm in bed. Watch a little tv and see where I end up. Hopefully asleep.

Love to you my dear friend

It is good to see you post. it sounds like you were surrounded by wonderful family and you Mom who is 90. What a blessing. Didn't like to hear you are not eating well. Let us know what's up. Thinking of you and praying for your good health. We had a small crowd (20). Small family group for us. Our son and family moved to San Fran 2 weeks ago. Could you get any father from Florida:) Thank goodness for Skype. Love Joanie

    Good to see you
    Hey Lisha,

    Good to hear from you.
I read your response on Vinny's post. Yeah, I decided it
was time to give "Jerry mouse" a break :).

I had a friend in from out of town since last Sunday and between that
and yesterday's festivities I was very pooped. I took a 4 hour nap today.

Hope you and yours are doing well.

    Hugs and positive thoughts,

    Jim
