    Morning Grace,
    I looked at the link and noticed that it retained a C:\ from before the windows operating systems were installed. If you get rid of that part and just use

    UPSC\Compass Early Uterine Papillary Serous Carcinoma.mht

    it seems to work fine, sorry about your frustration.

    I've tried this 5 times & it came up. I also did a search for the title & author & it came up that way too.
