Monday my back turned into a knot and I missed my walking Mon, Tues, Wed.

Work on my feet all day and the knotted up back is not fun.
Of course the numb feet from the neurapathy doesn't help much either.

Still knotted up but I did my 3.5 mile today. I just did it at a slower pace, 3.8 MPH vs 4.5 MPH and took twelve more minutes to complete my walk. Also did 1.2 mile walking around the building at work three laps at lunchtime.

I just have to walk. I am getting addicted to walking.

OW, just got hit in the head with a wedge of cheese, yum Munster....

Must be because of my "wine"

Thanks for letting me vent about my minor issues

Mark

Glad to hear you are keeping up your walking -- but sorry to hear about the back. Time for a massage??

    Back Knots
Next time you have spasms, go to your local walk-in clinic and ask for an injection of Toradol.

It is an NSAID, but I have found that the injectable form not only relieves my immediate pain, it reduces the duration of the spasms to where I am back to normal the next day.

    NSAID
Don't know what an Nsaid is but sounds good to me.

    Ibuprofen
is an example of an NSAID (Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug). Just my days as an OTC (over the counter) broker affecting my vocabulary.

Can't tell you how many meetings I was in where they would say that and I would nod and pretend I understood. Eventually I found someone I trusted enough to ask.

I do not miss that part of the business.
