Acute Promylotic Leukemia - AML

I was diagnoised with AML M3 in May 2011 , underwent 3 phase of Chemo for 3 months with 3 hospitalisation for 15 days first time and then 5 days each.

Now maintenance is gonna start .Would like to connect with people who have undergone the same.

    hi well I received one induction and 3 maintenance chemotherapy also I was hospitalized for all of them but I just stared maintenance with 3 different types of pills (ATRA,mercaptopurine,and methotrexate)I will be taking them for 2 years randomly but like the doctors said it will be way better than quemo.

    How is you APL now
    I joined the APL club March 2011. I am now doing the Maintenance phase. Oral Mercaptopurine, Methotrexate and Trans-Retinoic Acid. I also would like contact with folks that are on the same path.
