My ned is getting tired of dancing

in Breast Cancer #1
Catscan shows 20 lesions on my liver. I went to ER Friday night with alot of pain and vomited bile. I love their drugs. I was pain free in 10 minutes. The ER doc pulled up my catscan results and told me about the lesions. I go for a petscan Thursday, doctor on Monday then a biopsy probably next week. What a kick in the ****. I'm hoping for the best but prepared for the worst.

    Laurissa....so sorry to hear this....can't add much other than to let you know, we care....we understand...I, too, am in the battle for a second time...

    We just soldier on and do what we have to do....keep us posted..

    Hope for the best AND prepare for the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!! lesions on the liver doesn't have to be cancer we are all to quick to think the worst first and a lot of us worry ourselves for nothing and then to find out it's ok just wait and be patient God loves that.MOLLYZ

    Oh no!
    Sending prayers that the PET scan doesn't "light up" and the lesions are just bumps. You've been through enough.

    Laurissa, I was hoping for different results. I am in the midst of testing for possible mets to my liver. I have had all the tests and am waiting for the results of the liver biopsy done last Friday.

    IF you have to go through chemo again, I know I will, we'll do it together. I think we began this damn journey around the same time, had the same dx, the same treatment and are in the same age group. It does suck but I have too much living to do and I know you do, too. We'll get through it together.

    Laurissa, stay hopeful. I am praying for the best results for your pet scan. You are right, it is a kick in the rear to get that kind of report. We band together here to support each other and know the emotions that go along with our extended care~
