    Now and then...
    Hi Denise,
I wouldn't go so far as to say "half way dead", but there are days when I feel like I am as tired as when I went to bed. Usually after eating a small breakfast, along with my morning cup of coffee and after taking my vitamins, I'll perk right up. My tired times seem to hit more around late afternoon. Today is the first day in a couple of weeks that we haven't had wind or rain, (and my headache is gone), so I was able to take my mid-morning walk. I always feel 10 times more energetic when I get my daily walk in. I hope you feel good enough to get a little bit of excercise each day...it really does help. Hope you have a good weekend...

    Eat a little food...
    Hi Denise,
You should at least try to eat a piece of toast or maybe a couple of crackers before you take your morning vitamins....even if you feel nauseous. Food is important fuel for our bodies. If you don't eat anything until evening, you are going all day without fuel...thats not good, my dear. You are making your immune system work twice as hard without re-fueling it. Try to eat a little fruit, whole grain foods, nuts, cheese, etc each day. You don't have to eat alot, but little mini snacks will be much better for you than only eating once in the evening. I promise you will feel better and have more energy if you try a few of my suggestions. I know you feel like crap, but we have to work with that crappy feeling...ya know? Hope you don't feel like I'm ragging on you, because I'm not...I just feel like you need some support to help you have better days. Don't give in or give up...you are worth more than that. Always here for you...Love..Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)

    So Right
    Dear Sue,

Once again your advice is excellent. The foods you suggest are excellent. I too take vitamins. I never, never, take vitamins or any
pills without food. Also, it seems everyone I know is extremely low on potasium. One friend was actually hospitalized because of this. I eat a banana everyday. I don't need additional problems.

All my love and prayer to you. Love Maggie

    Banana's...
Yep Maggie... Steve "loves" them so we are never without banana's in the house. We buy two bunches a week from Costco. They never have time to turn brown. Oranges also...we buy 2 bags each week at Costco(around $14.00 for 2 bags)...CaraCara brand. They are the sweetest most yummy oranges out there. I eat a banana with whole wheat toast in the a.m...1 orange at noon and another in the evening when my sweet tooth kicks in.

    Yep Sue
Hey I thought my husband and I were bananaholics!!! Is there such a word:) We eat two huge bunches a week too. I am on weight watchers and eat three a day sometimes. Hey for you sweet tooth you should try the Extra gum key lime pie. Now it has sorbitol so I only allow myself two a day but it tastes like pie. I have John hide it from me so I don't chew the whole pack., If you like key lime pie you need to try it!!

    New Word
    Dear Joanie,

Amazing. I learn new things each time I sign on to this site. Now I learned
a new word, and I love it. bananaholics!!! Is this word in the dictionary?
    If not, it should be.

Thanks Joanie for the lesson. How are you doing? You sound good. Love Maggie
