Feeling sad today ,not very usual on me but not very positive today !

    When I feel that way, I always tell myself that since I am at the bottom, there is nowhere to go but "up". Why don't you get out of the house and go visit friends, or do something fun that you have wanted to do for awhile, to take your mind off things. Or, do something silly like fly a kite or go play miniature golf.

    I know that today is one of those days that everyone of us have once in while,and without Sun all things looks darker (at least for me)I am sure that tomorrow you will see things diferent,look for your blessings,you are not in pain, you have a family that love you, if it takes another little fight from you, I am confident that you you are going to make it and you will be fine,and listen, not for sure but I might be going to Spain in September,so cheer up because I want to meet that optimistic and wonderful guy that you are.
    Praying that tomorrow you will see things diferent.

    Hahahahaha!Sandy god idea but....is 11 pm here,
    cold, misty falling buckets of rain, and called friends but most of them out of the city with their kids we are in what we call white week, it suppose they take the kids to skiing or somewhere out! Not good plans here ,and it gives you time to think, and think!
    Any way all of you are an excellent companion!

    Maybe can help in Hungarian but in Basque!
    No way ! impossible !LOL. I think is the oldest language in the old world , no Latin, Saxon, Slavic or greek roots! Just let it for those crazy people of the bay of biscay! Mad people! LOL. But really beautiful place, probably the most beautiful place in spain!

    Sorry to hear you have been down. You've come to the right place for being uplifted again! It's normal to have ups and downs and with all we go through in this cancer fight, one couldn't expect someone to always be positive. I'm glad you're usually positive & I know you'll get back to that again.

    Pepe....sending you lot's and lot's of hugs and kisses to bring your spirits up! When I have had my down days this board has always been there to help me through it. I've learned it just happens and there is really no stopping the feelings, you just manage your way until it passes....so for now my friend....

    Today Sun rises , and I had a lorazepam , a glass of wine and lunch with my Wife , Mother and one brother ! It worked wonders, I don't know how bad it is to mix some lorazepam with just a little of wine while lunch! ,but it makes me a different person! Hahahaha!
    Hugs my friends! Menu : Tuna ,Montserrat tomatoes, and onion salad,.Back of baby pork glasse, and tiramisu cake! Just a glass of Rioja wine and a coffee !Now a nap! .Is that unhealthy? Hahahaha! Ahh! and a nice walk under Spanish sun!.

    We all have been there, take the time to fully experience the blues, then you can pick yourself back up again. I know how much I appreciate you, when I see a message from you on FB, asking how I am doing when you haven't heard from me in a while. It's so nice to know that our connection here has extended beyond just his board, you are such a caring individual. And the fact that I'm not the only one you keep tabs on is a wonderful thing as well. I pray your blues are short lived and you are back to enjoying the day! Today, outside my hospital window, I see the sun and blooming pear trees! It's a good day.
