Here is probably the best advice for fellows confronting recurrence after RP. This is a video from Dr. Charles “Snuffy” Myers, one of the best oncologist on PCa, posted last February 9, 2011. You can also find here his opinion on other issues of prostate cancer.

    Many Other Great PCa Videos from Snuffy
    Very good info on the subject of post op recurrence from Snuffy. He also has a great video on the concept of intermittent ADT aka intermittent hormone therapy.

    Note: It's possible that there might be a very minor error in Snuffy's reference to one of the studies he mentions, however, I'll have to get back to you on that detail.
