I read this book in one sitting. Some of the science was hard to comprehend initially, but with careful reading (and maybe some re-reading!), it is understandable to laypeople. While it would be easy to take a shortcut and read/utilize only the glossy pages in the center of the book, I recommend reading all of it. There are some lovely and transcendant moments describing acts of great courage and strength. Plus, you'd never get to read about Mighty Mouse #6! :)

Hi. When my husband couldn't use canned nutrition we were forced to come up with solutions and began making home made formula - and it worked wonderfully! So, I've created a website to share what I've learned, and what others have suggested to me. You can find this info at lucysrealfood.com. I have recipes, instructions, basic equipment and techniques, links and resources, etc. I am collecting the stories of people who are blending their own nutrition right now - I'd loved to hear your story and share it with others to give them hope and understanding!
