When Alesia Shute was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 7, her life was redirected as was that of her entire family. She would go on to survive six major surgeries that had never been tested on a child, several minor surgeries and countless hours of pain and months of hospitalization. Alesia had to grow up quickly and adjust to being sickly and different from others. Everything is Okay is her story of survival that details not only her recovery, but also her struggles through school, boys, marriage, and pregnancy, with some hilarious tales of business to boot.
This website is about what my husband experienced with his ileostomy and the reversal surgeries from the beginning to the recovery process in order to help inform others on what to expect. This website is dedicated to help others be informed of what they may go through. It also covers stoma care, videos on how to change the ostomy pouch, and much more.

A retreat for children challenged with different types of cancers and their families. Patients, siblings and parents are all included in activities, meals and support groups. The organization is non profit, and families are not charged for attending. It is volunteer run and many volunteers have been personally affected by the support present at Camp Sunshine. They have a full private resort, with a swimming pool, lake, playground, mini golf course, game rooms and a cafeteria. The accommodations are equal to a moderate hotel, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, TV and DVD player.
My name’s Chris. I’m married to a lovely lady and have an awesome daughter. I am a survivor of childhood cancer. In April ’09, I stopped working due to medical illness. Short version: I was diagnosed with cancer at age 7, and have since had radiation, chemotherapy and spinal surgeries. Although I am now cancer free, I am dealing with daily health complications and what feels like an older-than-should-be body.

I have order my coverings here and the people are so helpful. They will call you and walk you through everything. They are so patient and caring. They even helped me pick out things for work that were my same hair color and cut that I had before so people wouldn't notice the difference. They can recomend different styles of caps for you to wear that won't hurt or itch your sensitive skin. I am very please with their services and would recomend them to anyone.
