My name is Sarah Dees. I created this site on Facebook to help people who have been touched by cancer. I am a recent survivor of colorectal cancer, (treatment year 2006-2007), a professional artist, a single mother, a positive person. I welcome friends and encourage people to share this site. We are all brothers and sisters in the fight to survive cancer.

This book explains how diet, exercise and emotional balance can help control the development and spread of cancer. It is written plainly enough to be understood but with scientific research to back up his recommendations. The nutrition information is particularly outstanding. I highly recommend it! It has given me new hope.
