Post Rads Lymph Nodes/Back Pain

Ok, so completed rads and since my immediate Onc follow up, where i complained about feeling like my lymph nodes were going crazy (groin, arm pit, back, the Onc pretty much blew it off) and Im left wondering if this is normal. Anyone else?

Also, spent practically 2 months in bed during rads. I developed some pain between my shoulder blades, like my spine is bruised. I suspect its my own fault for laying in bed and staring down at my iPad and TV for literally, hours on end every day. But, wondering if anyone else had this issue. Just wondering before I start hounding my PCP for a referral to an ortho. PT friend of mine said back was tight, he also felt it was due to two months of no real exercise. But, dealing with the type of cancer I had (have?, not sure what to tell people), Im a bit like a cat on a hot tin roof when things ache or I get a cough, etc.

Appreciate hearing from others on any post rad wierdness.

Thanks all. God bless.

My husband did have back pain

My husband did have back pain and shoulder pain after rads, and actually did get sent to physical therapy. It really helped a lot. And you know what else was funny? At his first scan after treatment, he had 2 broken ribs! That probably was contributing to the back pain. They were healed by the second scan after treatment. Anyway, physical therapy was really helpful for my husband.

    Thanks

Two broken ribs, yikes, I don't think I'm in that kind of pain but, I believe my next step is to find an ortho doc.

    Thanks for the reply!
