Sores due to Radiation damage

I am just wondering how many others have had this problem with their expanders or implants after having radiation treatment.  Two months after finishing radiation treatments I developed sores on my left breast where I had treatment.  It took me over 5 months, including a surgery and doing hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments and wound care visits to heal.

there is another very good breast cancer website called breastcancer.org that you might want to check out. they have one heading called radiation and one heading called breast recontruction. check out those discussion boards, too, you might get some information from there as well.
