in Colorectal Cancer #1

He should have been in the Football H.O.F. a long time ago.  I did not realize that he had colon cancer until the announcement today of his induction.

    I didn't realize

    Stabler had colon cancer either until  this morning when My husband was telling me doctors had discovered high Stage 3 chronic traumatic encephalopathy in Stabler's brain after his death. I'm sure that didn't help him fight the cancer. He  didn't live long after diagnosis at all. It's a shame he didn't  make it  into the HOF  while he was alive.

    Yup

    Saw the CTE issue.  It is a shame he did not make it earlier.  (I am a NY Giants Fan, but also a football fan and he seemed like a shoe-in for so many reasons).  Like Yogi Berra missing the Medal of Freedom.  On The Snake it looks like they found it and a few months later...  I am a few days out from a year myself.  No indication whatsoever for me beforehand, and got "lucky" in terms of it being spotted and all the timing.  And all the issues that come with it for us all.  It is interesting on all the reminders and how this all goes on.  Monday is my big day for scan results....
