Spotting after Hysterectomy

in Uterine/Endometrial Cancer #1

Hi, I am having some spotting. I have MMMT uterine cancer stage 2 grade 3. I am 74 years young. My hysterectomy was June of 2014 followed by 5 chemo treatments and 3 brachytherapy treatments. I have had some pain like everything is going to fall out and bloating but now heavy spotting. I have been feeling so great but I might have lifted to much. I am going to my Dr. at the Cleveland Clinic. in the morning. I hope everything is OK and not a reacurrance. I will do what ever they tell me to do. I just had to ask if anybody had ever had this. I love this board and read it everyday but I don't post much. Everybody really tries to be truthful and helpful. Thank all of you.

    (((namedropper)))  Let us know what your doctor says.  It could easily be from lifting too much.

    namedropper , We are educated everytime someone alerts us of new signs and symptoms,we are especially happy when it's nothing  but gratefully put on notice when it's something  , let us know please.

    Spotting

    I went to the Dr. today and I saw his Assit. She said that my cuff looked good.( Now I hope the rest of the slacks or pants will look good also.) Ha Ha  She ordered another CT scan for 11/5 and she said it might be a bowel problem and that the CT scan will help. I think this is my 40th  CT scan in 12 years. Most of them were looking for other things.  She also said that the spotting can happen after having the brachatherapy even if it was last year.I feel good except for the pain in my left lower side and  pressure.  Thanks for helping  me cope with this new problem.  I will keep you posted. I know that this MMMT cancer can spread to a lot of places. I will know next week or sooner if they can move the CT scan up a few days.
