May have brain mets

The last of August kept thinking I was going to get a headache or my neck would feel stiff.  September the headaches came and they seemed like the were behind my left eye.  Three weeks ago the pain was so severe behind my left eye that Ihad nausea  and kept feeling like my head was bobbing. Went to the Dr. who sent me to an opthamoligist who said there was nothing about my eye that should be causing the symptoms.  Tuesday I go in for an MRI.   The syptoms have gotten a lighter and come and go.

    I so hope you're wrong

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers as you go for testing and wait for results.

I truly hope there's something other than brain mets causing you discomfort.

Please keep us posted. You know we worry because we care.

    xoxo

    Hoping and praying!

Hoping and praying that it is not serious.  I recently had a scare which turned out to be nothing.  I know how you feel.  Try your best not to worry.  Easy to say, not so easy to do I know!

    Hoping for the best!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that whatever is causing your headaches is something easy to treat.  I hope you don't have too much anxiety the next couple of days.

    Best,

I hope it's good news Vicki

I think you should be proud of yourself for going to the doctor to get to the bottom of this. After taking the MRI, try to "forget" that you did it by doing some enjoyable activities until you get the results. I always try not to think about the worst case scenario because very often, it's good news. Let us know what they find and I'll be keeping you in my prayers. (BTW, a friend of mine got a metastasis in her brain, got surgery with the gamma knife and has been doing great for two years now....) Hugs, Anna

Oh dear, I hope there is nothing like brain mets causing the headaches.  I also hope the MRI is tomorrow and not NEXT Tuesday.  Sending all of my strongest hopes and prayers to you.

    Thanks

    Thanks ladies for the support!

Should have the results by the end of tomorrow. There are a lot of things it could be but of course the first thing we think of is cancer. What ever the results ar I can handle it.  I just don't do good when I don't know what is going on.  Very impatient I want answers now! LOL

That is great news, I'm so

That is great news, I'm so happy it wasn't your worst fear. Will you try to follow doctor's advice on finding a headache cure? It can be so many things, even something you are eating. I hope you get relief soon!

Peace of mind - regarding MRI

Maybe see an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist ?  Just a suggestion. ... Sorry you are continuing to struggle --
