How do you add a picture?

I noticed some of you have added a photo to a post and I would like to know how to do that. Couls someone explain pleaae?

    written out instructions....Skiffen did them once, and I'll get you the link.  I know how, but it's always hit and miss when I do it...LOL.

    Make them small about 1 inch

    I take the photo I want and save a second one that is about 1" or so, a 3x3 can be very large. You can also save them in your profile in expressions.

    Bill, you can adjust the size if you Disable  rich-text and adjust the pixel size.., just need to make sure it's proportionally right, or the photo will be distorted.
