Down in Paradise
I am down here in a tropical paradise once again; it is an herbal garden where no poison of any kind are used. In the morning I go out looking for what I want to eat for the day, fresh Mango, Papaya, Star Fruit, Pineapples, that is just a few. I am doing some new stuff making a Chaya drink with leaves right off the chaya plant, makes for a great refreshing drink late in the evening; I also add a little star fruit to give it a great taste. Just wish I could share it with you all, it make me wonder just how wonderful Heave will be when we once again have access to the Garden of Eden.

Well peel me a banana, I vote we all go to Tim’s place for the summer. You remind me of how similar our diets are. That is if you count pizza, Fritos, and a peach Snapple the same.
And to you sonyk728, I was thinking about you today and wish to tell you that I now, while not perfect, have a “sense of taste” and I do like your new picture, your cute.

Where are you? I love to eat all of those yummy fruits... I'm from Vietnam and these tropiical fruits are truily yummy!!!
By the way... I bought soursop leaves (feom Florida) to make tea for my husband. It doesn't have enough study in the US.. but the extract chemical from these leaves has anticancer property. There was one NIH study for pancreatic cancer.. So, I'm making them as a daily tea drink for my husband while he's getting chemo and rad...
Look like you might have access to these fruits ... I would grab some and make tea...

Yes we have soursop trees all over the Island here in Honduras CA, man they make for a very good drink or tea; it is another amazing fruit God created for mankind’s enjoyment. Another one I love if breadfruit, I cook them like french-fries.

I come to the Garden alone
Hi Everyone
It is lovely here this time of year; we are having evening and morning rain and sometimes its gets down right cold that is 65degrees. The problem with eating raw everyday is lousing weight sometimes too much weight I am down to 135lbs so it is time to start eating some fat food again. But I can do that one time a day and do my fresh raw foods morning and evening. I am feeling better then I have been in a long time, if I was not so skinny and eating with a PEG tube you would never know I ever had cancer.
PS: I found keeling in the garden in the late evening and praying while meditating to be so wonderful to my mind, body and soul. It gives me a knew inner strength I never knew I had, just being so close to God I could almost image what it was like for Adam to walk with God in the cool of the day.

I know here's nothing to compare in the stores.. When I lived in Hawaii, I was spoiled by the fresh pineapple... There's no pineapple that I've ever eaten since that comes close to the flavor of fresh Hawaiian Pineapple...Now for the big question....
Where's the fresh fish.., LOL...John

I did go out last week with one of my other brothers and got some nice size barracuda, gave me on hell of a fight but in the end I had him for lunch with some breadfruit. I am trying to extend my stay for another two weeks, waiting to hear back from the air line, told my wife i don't want to come home just leave me here
