HI EVERYONE WHAT TO DO ABOUT 1975 GOATGIRL???????

Since her first post we have never gotten a response from her.  I tried everything but no response.  I don't want the newbies to continue posting to that topic without any responses.  What do you think? Just saying...

nempark, I see that there are

nempark, I see that there are quite a few people who post once and then never come back to reply.  You can click on someone's screen name to see when they were last logged in.  I suppose they can read without posting, but again, I see quite a few who are "one and done".  It's ok.  goatgirl's post was originally back in 2009 but it pops up when newer members find it and comment.  I found this site by doing a search on the world wide web because of a post from Linda.  Linda had left us before I joined, but if it weren't for being out there in a search I really don't think I would have found this site at all.

Perhaps a question asked, if only by someone who comes to the board once, gives answers to current or future women.  I think it is all good.

    Linda

Brought me here, too.  I started reading with her very first post and kept going.  It was an awful shock when I discovered she had died some months before I was diagnosed.  What a legacy she started and left us.  This is the only place I've met someone with UPSC.  I would have still been all alone.

    Seeing that post brought to

Seeing that post brought to mind some of the women I met here who had so much input.   I was graced by Linda's posts and her personal messaging.  Other's that I know of who have passed from Goatgirl's post are:  Songflower (Diane); Jazzy1(Jan); Kkstef(Karen); Daisy366(MaryAnn) and most recently TeamKelly.

I too have noticed that sometimes people only post 1 time.  I hope and I think that by posting it has helped them in some way or another.

Linda also brought me to this site!

Like so many others, I started searching the Internet for info when I received my diagnosis. That is how I came across one of Linda's posts and found this site. Linda had passed away when I found her post but I did read all her inspiring posts here and am profoundly grateful to her and for the support I found here.

    I'm another one Linda P.

I'm another one Linda P. brought to this board.  She was still with us when I joined and helped me so much!  I enjoyed so many personal emails and her post to the board.  By her simple question,"Hello, is anyone else out there with UPSC" ?  Summed up my feelings exactly...lost, alone, in the dark, afraid.  The Bibleical phrase comes to mind "A voice crying in the Wilderness"  and there was Linda and all of you!  Thank God for Linda, she talked me off the ledge many times, such a voice of calm and reason...and freindship.  Thank you Linda, you probably saved my life and you most certainly save my sainity!  Debrajo
