Interesting.

Anyone try Bentonite clay?  I'm taking it internally and externally. If it doesn't kill toxins, it does totally relax you and clear up your face.

    I'm checking this out today.

I'm checking this out today.  Had to wait until I was somewhere with a headphone.  The hardest concept I've gathered so far is that even though nature can heal, nature can also weed out the weak.  I don't want to think of myself as weak or my body as weak so I'm going to fight to keep this out of my body but it's tough to know what's right and what's wrong when you don't know what caused it in the first place.

It is so hard to know what is

It is so hard to know what is right and wrong. There is so much conflicting information out there that seems to evolve or change as the years go by. I have been trying to figure it our for 9 years now.

That's exactly how I feel. I'm a facts kind of person. I want to read and learn what I have to do and just do it. It's so hard when it's diferent for everyone. It makes me despair that they'll ever 'find the cure' as they put it. My belief is that the cure will be something natural such as a bacteria or virus that only eats cancer cells. It'll be introduced to the body and will do it's job and die when it runs out of things to eat. And it will have few or no side effects. That's my dream, anyway.

I believe the body has a way

I believe the body has a way to heal itself, if one doesn't want to do it alone without chemo, then I think at least doing it with chemo. Nutrient, meditation and exercise has to help, there are too many people cured naturally.  It's on the verge of coming out nation wide but it's taking too long, my opinion :)

I also believe it is a combination of diet, little exercise and the big one...stress that causes cancer.  I have 8 sibillings, and 15 aunt and uncles, no cancer...the only death we had in our huge family was my Grandson .  I was under a lot of stress 5 years prior to diagnosis

The bentonite tea is best shaken in a bottle until is dissolves in water then put in tub, but I rub my entire body with it first.  It takes time to dissolve, the first time I sprinkled it in the tub - mistake, second time I tried squishing it, mistake.   Shaken, best

This is what naturopaths and natural doctors believe and their patients  too that:

    We know sugar feeds cancer.

We know processed foods have too many chemicals to keep them on the shelf.

We know that cosmetics and personal products are also full of chemicals

We know that produce has pesticides, a lot

We know that Dairy is full of hormones

We know that we have food allergies, that we don't  even realize that our body is fighting theses allergens

We know stress is bad for us

We know that our gut is responsible for over 80% of our body

We know that other countries don't accept crap in their food and their fast food, is not the same as the US  we have much more chemicals and GMO's in our food

Now, 1 in 2 will get cancer.  This all relates to something we are all doing, it has to be.

Why are so many stage 4 cancer patients healing themselves through a change in food, exercise and stress, there has to be a connection.

I have banged my head with this also  Research and research, pod casts, and books, and videos

We don't need a cure, we need to know the cause, and if food is curing people, I'm on board  :)   So much money spent on finding a cure, we know who doesn't want to find a cure.  We all have cancer, it's who's immune system isn't destroying these cells and  they are getting out of control.

    just my learnings...  :)

    the body has a way

    Hi Nana:

I am new to this board,I was diagnosed about 11mos. ago with stage IV colorectal cancer with metastasis to the liver, I have seen several Drs. and they all coinside that I am not a candidate for surgery.  Your post is very interesting and I feel the same way, sometimes I think that chemo is killing me more than doing good, but the tumors are shrinking so there is faith and I am still doing it.

Food is very important we are what we put in our mouths....... unfortunately we don't have all the answers yet, but it is very clear that eating healthy and clean is key to aide our maladies.

Thanks for your positings, they are very helpful!!!

    all the best
