I have finally healed up from surgery and will be starting the chemo treatments this coming Wednesday. They did ct scan week ago friday and said the spots on liver now big enough to see on the scan not the best news but have fingers crossed. The good news is I have gotten most my energy back and staying active.

    Good to hear that...

...you recovered and sounds like you are ready for the next step. make sure you have meds for the side effects. I carried meds everywhere for nausea, diarrhea and an extra underware lol. Had constipation medication at home.

    Good luck,

    Laz

    Thanks for sharing your great

Thanks for sharing your great news!   Stay strong during chemo, it can be a rough ride.   Some have it not so bad, chemo has always been a tough ride for me, but workable.   Find out what foods and juices make you happy and bring you strength.  Load up on those. lol

Keep up the great attitude and stay in the happy place. It is easy to get depressed, and just as easy to stay happy.

Best Always and keep up providing the good news!

     Got past the nausea today

Got past the nausea today and have been taking the meds for the constipation again but have to watch the heat when outside seems to wear me down in a hurry. My wife keeps close eye on me and makes me go in if I start looking to stressed by the heat she is also making me get lots of rest and restricting my working on the pickup or other equipment. She gets real upset if I get scratched at all and has started calling friends to take care of anything that I might get injured on I keep telling her she doesnt have to baby me so much as this makes me feel like I have lost the ability to do things for myself. Quite frustrating at times.

    Frustrating

Yeah, that adds it all up.

But, your wife is right. Don't injure yourself. I got an oven burn while I was doing chemo, and it took forever to heal.

    Take care of yourself.
