Winter Marie - can you please please elaborate about high CBD cannabis oil you are taking?

Hi  Marie, thanks much for responding to my question. But, sorry, I did not understand it - what do you mean by 35grams and working to 100grams?  Are we talking about the same thing? The true cannabis oil is like a resin, it is very concentrated, almost black, extremelly thick (hard to squeeze from suringe) and is usually squeezed  from suringe by 1 small squeeze - size of a pea, 1gram  - per oral, or in a capsule per rectum. That is the oil from people who grow cannabis and make the oil, not from the pharmacy. I do not know what they sell in the pharmacy, so may be you are talking about the high CBD oil bought in the pharmacy? I've just never heard of such doses you mentioned.... 35grams of the oil I am talking about is an amount sufficient for more than a month of treatment.

Did doctor you mentioned told you about curative effect? Did you see any changes since you've been taking it? People on internet report disappearance of metastases in as little as 45 days after taking only 18 grams during these 45 days.... What is your experience - does it affect the mets?  But, again, I am talking about what they call "Rick Simpson Oil" - if you enter in Google you will find lots of info about self made cannabis oil. The oil that was usually sold in the pharmacy (do not know about now, after the new laws about the use of cannabis came out) was a different thing and had never cured anyone, to the best of my knowledge - it was for pain relief, etc.

Many thanks, Vilca

i am curious to hear from anyone using RSO or something like it.  I am not looking for a debate on if it works or doesnt work or any discussion about the pharma cos, just some information from anyone actually familiar with the oil.  I have been using it...

I will start using it in April, after my PET/CT in March (so that I have the point of referrence - before and after).  Will report here CEA results, since I do scans only once in 6mo (not b/c I do not have to, but b/c I do not want to) and that would be too long to wait for many. How you are doing - no progression of CC after started taking the oil or what? how much are you taking a day and is it from pharmacy or RSO?

My PET also will show how my current alternative is working - I am on Hoxsey regimen, plus added some other stuff - Clove oil, BIRM, Dendrobium, Sangre de Dragon.  I had SBRT on liver mets in August 2013, but if I am clean for now, that would be the work of Hoxsey and the above mentioned "stuff".  Will just add cannabis to it. I firmly believe that cancer has bacterial/viral/fungal origin, so there are two ways to handle it - immunotherapy or antibacterial therapy.  Posted question before about BX Antitoxin, but it looks like no one heard of it yet. Too bad. If all my alternatives do not give me NED by the fall, that would be a thing I will do. Serious research behind it, but no patent yet and no papers yet. When they get it all squared, it will be impossible to get in - that is my belief, anyway, I talked to the people who created it and who are collecting data for publishing next year or so....

Good luck to all.

you are talking about something like "earwax"? That's illegal and high THC

Here at the stores (cannibas stores) you can buy the CBD oil extreme low THC in capsule form that come in 35 mg quanitIes.  I do not get stoned by this at all, it's like just taking a capsule with no side effects. It $35.00 for 20 capsules.

i and the doctor were going by a couple of studies that are out there that show promise in colon cancer. And so far my mets are still here.  But then again not taking 100 mags yet, he said work way up from 5 to 100.

Sorry about spell check it's mg's not mags. And should have been mg on my other post not grams.

Here in Cali we have cannibas stores that we go into and buy whatever type of weed you need and in what ever form.

confused with this "gramm" thing.... Now I know we are talking about the same thing, but you are buying from the pharmacy, and I will be buying what they call RSO, but with high CBD... I bought seeds from Spain for the best plant that fights cancer. It does have THC, though, but if you read research, THC is very important too. Do not know how I will be handling it, but taking at bed time and per rectum ( that is the best route, to avoid stomach acid - need to buy capsules from EBay), hopefully will be good with the escalating dose up to 1gramm. Your doctor, IMHO, is being very careful with it, 100mg will not cure cancer - 1gramm might.... Good as a support, though, if you doing other alternatives too....  I've never smoked MJ, but tried a couple times and hate the feeling/taste, do not know how I will be handling it, guess, body will adjust.

I am abroad now, retired to the mountains with the eternal spring,  not in the US, that is why I can do what is being "illegal" in the US.  Worked in Johns Hopkins and all treatments were there, up to the last summer with the last thing, I guess, they could help me - SBRT to liver mets. So, now and in the future only alternatives might be considered and may be immunotherapy, when it really "hits" the colon ca - did not yet, according to my oncologist friend. Hopkins does have clinical trials on immunotherapy, but I do not want to participate in the trial - too risky to get a placebo or a standard treatment, instead of the new/being tested drug - there are always two armes in any decently organized clinical trial....

You are doing good, congrats, keep it that way!

I started using RSO in October of last year after I was diagnosed with a recurrance in my lungs.  I had many spots, very small.  I used about ten grams and the spots got a bit bigger but no evidence of disease outside of the lungs.  I then had surgery to remove seven mets in my left lung.  After the surgery I went back on the RSO.  My most recent scan still showed some growth, a mm, even though I had continued with the oil.  However, the growth was slight and really based on general information it should have doubled. I am scheduled for another surgery at the end of the month to get rid of three small spots in my right lung.  I will then continue with the RSO.

In general the basic protocol for RSO is to slowly get yourself to one gram a day injested.  One gram is pretty much the same as one ml.  Start will .01 of a gram or ml (as on the syringe) and work your way up over about 20 to 30 days.  You can also take the oil as a suppository.  This is a fantastic way as you bypass the liver (which I understand can be stressed by the oil) and you don't really get the high.  Just a bit of numbness.

Does it work? honestly, I am not sure.  I think it does something.  There are lots of anacdotal stories out there about cure.  I've read and heard from some.  If you are on Facebook, check out the grouop "Cannabis Oil Success Stories".  It is a private group, but you can ask to be let into the group.  There is some useful information there.

Please also look into CBD and THC, they are both required for healing.  THC, which makes you high has been shown in studies to help with cancer.  In this case, the stuff Winter Marie is getting may not do much.  Now that may states are going legal with medicial marijuana, the oil is much easier to find....

I should not expect a miracle, no matter what success stories are published.... Well, if it helps some, it is already good enough... No miracles for us, I guess, at stage 4.

With the mets in lungs, from what I know, you might consider SBRT - stereotactic focused radiation - on lung mets it is proven to be as effective as surgery, but obviously less invasive. Do not know if they do it when there are multiple lesions. They also have a laser in some German clinic, that is much better way to deal with the lung mets. I forgot where I read about it, but if you google or search the forum about it it, you will find it. Must be expensive, though - I have no idea how some people do so many alternatives in all these Germany, Swiss, Mexico clinics - amounts to hundreds of thousands...

Best, Vilca

Vilca, anything is possible.  I have read stories of people online who have seen great things with the oil.  I have also spoken to some medical professionals, a doctor and natriopathic oncologist who also have seen great things with the oil even remission in stage iv!  I think the oil can work, it needs CBD and THC to be effective. A 50/50 ratio seems to be recommended.  The propblem is how it is made, how much is given, quality, how it is extracted, the strain used, ect.  The dosing is a bigger issue.  I started with the "half gram of rice" method and doubled every four or five days.  I can take about a gram, whih is a millilitre on the syringe the oil is provided in.  I use it orally at night and suppositories during the day.  Has it made a difference? maybe?  i have taken about 30 grams.  My lung mets are there, the last scan showed some slight growth.  I think the key is taking as much as possible as quickly as possible to hit the cancer hard.  Its taken me three months to take 30 grams.  I had to take a break in between for surgery.  When I restarted the oil I had to start at the small dose again.  It took about a month to get back up to a gram.  No I will go off again to have a second surgery on my lung which will make me NED.  My plan is to finish the 60 grams of oil and continue with a maintenance dose at night.  Then time will tell to see if and when the cancer pops up again.

I had laser lung surgery in Germany.  You may have read my post.  I have posted at length about my experience on other boards.  It really is a fantastic proceudre and can result in cure even when many mets are removed.  Dr. Rolle in Germany has removed up to 50 mets per lung and has patients alive after ten years.  It is criminal that other thoracic surgeons in NOrth America have not taken notice of this method of surgery which is still invasive but does minimal damage to the healthy tissue of the lung.
