I was told Miso helps counteract the side effects of radiation . Just curious if anyone has tried it? Thanks

    Welcome!

Miso is a new one on me but it can't hurt.  One thing I have learned is that honey eaten 15-30 minutes before the radiation and after reduces the damage to the esophagus.  Wish I'd known about it before mine.

    Interesting tip

I might give this a try, wouldn't hurt. There's a lot written about Miso. I ordered some to make a broth.
