She likes to i hate to use the word farm me out. I complain of no sleep she sends me to a sleep doc. Sleep doc does not understand the nature of the AI`s and the SE`s from them. I had told the pcp about the pain I had it is off to the pain magament that only understand lyrica or cymbaltla which i cant take. I have tried the warm bathes warm milk the AI`s have turned me into a zombie sleep is now very dificult where it was not before the DX. She had me going to a breast surgoen for no reason . I told her i dont want reconstrutction. then the endo doc was a joke complete god complex. Any ache and pain i have she runs to to another doc . I told she I only need you and the onco to watch me . I had a very bad experiance when they had me going to multiable docs for my care. The doc almost killed me by giving me insulin when I did not need to take it. Personally I found the less docs the better.

    Another PCP?

Maybe she is not the right doctor for you.  How about going for a 2nd opinion with someone else.  A lot of PCP do farm out, but you need to sleep.  Aren't you off AI's?  Usually the side effects go in about 3-4 weeks.  Mine did.  Perhaps is not the hormonal drugs that are causing you problems.

You need to find someone who has a solution for you.  I have never had this problem, I do have sleep apnea and my cpap device is a live saver but you have been through a sleep study where they didn't find this problem.  Did you sleep that night?  If not what did they have to say about it.  I thought I hadn't sleep but the tech showed me where I would fall asleep, stop breathing and my brain would waike me up, the cycle went on all night, so when I finally woke up, I felt I hadn't slept at all but I did, just not very long.

You will have to have some recommendation from someone.  Since this isn't cancer related, oncologist isn't the doctor to see.
