Nasal cavity squamus cell carcioma

HI my mum has just been diagnosed with squamus cell carcinoma stage 4 in her nasal cavity, epthoid sinus, maxillary sinus, bone errosion between her eye socket and nasal cavity and possible nerve damage to the cheek.  We have recieved one treatment option which involves removing the eye, eye socket, nasal bridge, maxillary bone at this stage and then hole will be grafted from her eye brow to the lower cheek.  We are recieving a second opinion tomrrow of possible radio and chemo to shrink the tumor then possible surgery. Has anyone had either treatment with success i am struggling to find much information and treatment for this type of cancer or the survival rates. Thanks
