Let me tell you a story about me, Elizabeth

First thing is I have peritoneal cancer (C). I have been living with it for 4 years. End of May last year they told me that I have 7 years to live.

Second thing I want people to understand that I have Learning disability (LD). LD makes things challenging to live with never mind C.

The third thing I want you to know is I don't own a computer. I welcome phone calls, my phone is 1-204-774-3074.

The fourth thing I'd like people to know about me is that I have been fighting the system for support since I have been diagnosed.There is no support group for rare kind of C like me. They cannot or well not find me a support person because there is NONE IN CANADA (?).I have other storis to tell on the phone or here so stay in touch but it will take longer to type.
