Still Around

Hi Everybody,

I just responded to some of the posts and thought I should write my own. I haven't been on for quite awhile, although I think of you all so often. I've been trying to build my Shiatsu practice up again. They tore my rotator cuff during my second surgery - I guess they were in a hurry. I was in pt for a long time and it is better enough that I can work. My lungs are still damaged from the chemo so I'm working on building them back up too. So far that's not working so well but I trust that it will. I'm so glad to see some of your posts.

Take care,
Pam

    Hi Pam,
    Glad to see you

    Hi Pam,
Glad to see you on here. I was off for awhile my self. But always read about my sisters in pink. Glad to hear you are doing well. Hope and pray your shoulder continues to improve along with your lungs. My cancer came back in my lungs and spine. My last pet they told me that there is no active cancer now. But I too have scare tissue in my lungs We are hoping it continues to get better with the steroids. What are you doing for your lungs? Are you on oxygen ? I was for awhile now very little. I will be glad when I can get off it. I wish you well my friend. Take care Darin Kay,

    Hi Kay
Ah yes - the lungs. I'm really trying to walk a lot and I do a lot of deep yoga breathing. They don't burn as much as they did but I still have limited capacity - although I think it may be expanding. Maybe that's wishful thinking. I will be off steroids in a few days. I've been on for 15 days. They really make my legs ache. I am so happy to hear there is no evidence of cancer in you. That's absolutely fabulous!

    Big Hugs,

I was just told today that
I was just told today that breathing deep and blowing all air out can impprove lung function. So the yoga would be a good thing. I pray my lungs impprove enough to get off oxygen compleatly. I wish you all the best. Stay well, feel good,

I'm happy to see you back
I'm happy to see you back Pam. One of the great things about us, is that it is ok to come and go as you need. The rotator cuff issue sucks, but I'm glad it's improved enough that you can work. I hope your business builds back up quickly.

    Hugs,
