Mine was 172 today after labs. Not sure what it means, but have to watch it. Onco didn't seem concerned. Thoughts?? Jan |

The top of normal for Alkaline Phosphatase is around 120-130 depending on the lab. It is related to liver function. It sounds like your doc is on the right track. Since it is not greatly elevated, just watch it and get it re-checked in a few weeks. Good luck!
