in Emotional Support #1
My mom is going to die in the next few weeks. I don't know what to do. My family is falling apart and I'm supposed to be the strong one. I'm not sure if I can do what's needed.

    Hey there,
    You're not alone in your feelings. It stinks knowing someone you love is gonna die, and not a darn thing you can do to stop it. Is she on hospice ? Please if not check into this ! It's not only for her but for you too. These people are so kind and can answer any and all questions you have for your Mother. My thoughts of courage and strenghth go out to you and your family. Try to stay strong, if you can. I was with my Mother through out her battle with ovarian...and present (thanks to hospice) at the end of her journey. Blessings and peace sent for your Mother. Katie

    Hoping you have hospice for your mom and yourself and your family, just as Katie said.

    Under cancer information under cancer.org, to the left of this post, there is a section on end of life. Read it. Hard as it may be, helping your mom with this transition in her life is important but it is also important you know how to prepare yourself, too.
