Tried it yesterday and hubby and I both enjoyed it. It actually DOES slide down your throat like silk, even smoother than water does for me! Amazing. I couldn't find the Kombu or whatever that was, but everything else I did according to the recipe. I will go to Whole Foods and can probably find it. Did not burn my throat in the least, and milk is now, so that lets you know it's very soothing. Just a review!! :)

Ooooo....I'm SO glad it worked for you, too...
Mrs. Sarge!! It is packed full of goodness. Did you feel that goodness in your belly as you finish sipping it? Pretty soon we'll have everybody on here giving it try....and they'll all be so glad they did it.

    I love it too....going to
I love it too....going to keep making it.

Mrs. Sarge, i got everything from whole foods. It was hard to find so i went to customer service and they had someone help us find it.

It is in asian food isle and it is in a platic bag.

I put some ghee (clarified butter), whole foods has that too, that really smoothes the throat.

    Thanks for the
tips!! Will do asap. I don't think I need the butter, tho I do think it would taste richer, but as it is now, I don't need the calories! ha

    Glad
Glad you like it. Kombu is seaweed, minerals. Broth is fine without, I have to shop out of town for it, my daughter and sister get it at Whole Foods.
