Now that I have finished mt treatments I was wondering if there are any good supplements out there. Does any one have suggestions on vitamins or antioxidants to take? I have looked around and there are so many just need a little direction, I plan on talking to my doctor after I have gotten a little more information on what's out there. Thanks.

    Hi Denise--
I'm so glad you are done with treatment and I hope you are doing well. As for supplements, I take Calcium, Vitamin D, Magnesium (all for bone health), CoQ10 and Fish Oil (for heart health), and have in the past taken Tumeric (Curcumin) which has cancer-fighting properties. That's my supplement regimen.

Thanks so much for regimen, I cant believe how weak I am but I know that I'm getting better everyday. My muscles even hurt from not doing much. I have learned just to go slow and easy and rest when my body yells at me. Thanks for al your support through this ordeal, may god continue to bless you and all who continue to go through this.

    Hi Denise--
You are welcome. As for the weakness, make sure you are getting enough protein, as this will fuel your muscles. If you are up to it, short walks would be a good way to get your body moving again. Many people think exercise makes them tired. I find it energizing! However, you already know that when your body says it's had enough, rest is in order! I wish you all the best with your recovery and hope you'll keep us posted on how things are going for you. Take care.

    Hugs--
