I'm hearing of people returning to work?DEC 2011 SCLC.wAS WHATwe thought healthy,working everyday couple of wks coughing lead tp test that confirmed sclm.RAD 45 WEEKDAYS TO CHEST.CHEMO 3ROUNDS,WANTED6 TO 8 BUT CHEMO MADE HIM VERY ILL AND HE LOST 54 POUNDS.hAS HAD PCI AND 2 GOOD PT SCANS SINCE TREATMENT(HIS DR. SAYS HE WON'T USE THR WORD REMISSION WHEN DEALING WITH SMALL CELL.SO NOW WE WHAT HE HAS ONLY PUT 8 PDS BACK ON SINCE TREATMENTS STOPPED IN SEPT 2011.ALL HE TAKES IS PAIN MEDS (WHICH BUGS ME i WANT HIM ON A MAJIC PILL SO IT NEVER COMES BACK) THERE IS NO WAY HE COULD WORK,SOMEDAYS AREN'T BAD BAD,BUT NO GOOD GOOD DAYS>TREATMENTS ALMOST TOOK HIM.HE IS EATING NOW AND DOING ENSURE BUT REMAINS SKIN OVER BONES.ITS BEEN 8
MONTHS SINCE TREATMENT.HE IS EATING BETTER(MONTHS NOW)AND DOING ENSURE.i DON"T UNDERSTAND WHY HE'S NOT GETTING STRONGER AND GAINING MORE WEIGHT.SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER IS BAD,OK WE GET THAT
BUT THERE IS NOTHING GREATER THAN OUR GOD.

THE SCLC WAS LIMITED STAGE THAT WHY I EXSPECTED A FASTER RECOVERY
