Wife of Lung Cancer Survivor

Hi Everyone,
I am a proud wife of a survivor of lung cancer. My now husband was diagnosed at 24 and is now years later in remission. I am looking for advice on how to get my husband to talk about his experiences. He wants to leave everything behind him and not deal with any of it. However, I know thoughts still haunt him as he trembles and talks about it in his sleep.
I also want to help him live a healthier life. Has anyone come across good blogs or have good advice on how to live, eat and just generally talk about cancer after treatment?
