Three tests in last two weeks, call me Mrs. Potato Head (where are my angry eyes?)

First I had hysteroscopy and d&c because doc found polyps from my 6 mo endometrial biopsy (thanks Tamoxifen). Last week I had nerve-conduction test on left arm (surgery arm)because of pain. That was a trip. Not painful, but really annoying. Yesterday I had endoscopy done. No damage in throat, but inflammation further down they biopsied. I say I feel like Mrs. Potato head from all the things stuck in me these past two weeks. The new place of choice for iv's are on my wrist. Left arm had the better veins, go figure. Awesome male nurse yesterday said it's not as much of a risk to take blood out of surgery arm as it is to pump stuff into surgery arm. Good to know.

The up-side to the d&c and the endoscopy, I got to take really great naps for the rest of the day. I SOOO needed that because I haven't been sleeping well at night. My bp has been really high these past few months. I even 'forgot' and let nurse take bp in left arm last week. First time in two years. It really hurt to have it done. In fact, it's hurt since. Like it voided my cortisone shot from a few weeks ago.

Sorry for rant. I know, I know, I know it could be SO much worse. And I am so very thankful that it's not worse. I'm just getting a little weary from biopsy-this, and biopsy-that, then wait 2 weeks to find out if something else is wrong. I'm just gun-shy now, I guess. I just expect something to be wrong. I'm really good at pity-parties now (thanks Tamoxifen). And I can pretty much cry on demand. LOL.

Thanks, Ladies for letting me vent some lack of confidence. I tell the family that everything is just fine, no problem, no big deal, yadda yadda. I don't want them to know about the butterflies and worries.
