lots to consider...UPDATE
Thank you all for sharing your thoughts about this. Your perspectives really did help me think through my decision. Mostly I feel that I can do this (even though there is still an incredible amount to learn!) and the other part was that cancer has already taken so much from me...I just don't want to let it take any more.
Oh yea...the new location comes with a new district manager...as we were discussing my treatment schedule she revealed she is a 12 year breast cancer survivor.
And for now, I am staying with the weekly abraxane. I will be getting a port installed on the 23rd. (I may try to reschedule that...with Kaiser I don't get to choose who does the installation...I'm worried that the least experienced person will be working that day because it's so close to Christmas.)

I am glad you took the promotion. It seems that this position was meant to be. What an adventure next year will be!
As to the person doing the port, if you do get someone less experienced keep in mind that some people have a knack for what ever it is that they do. Even early on they could be better than someone that has only been mediocre for a very long time.
