Hi All- I am rejuvenated after a trip to meet with a naturopath in, Colorado where I had the good fortune of meeting up with Tethys! We had a pre-Thanksgiving dinner together with my daughter who took me from Springfield , Illinois to Colorado. I learned so much from Tethys.
I am thamkful to this board and all the wonderful women like Tethys who are such wonderful sources of guidance and information.
I have started taking 5 supplements to help me make it through chemo with less strain on my body.... Vitamin D, curcumin, green tea ecgc, melatonin and L-glutamine.

I have been going to the Eat To Defeat website and it seems like dark meat has some good cancer fighting qualities...

It's hard at first but gets easier. Did she say you can use agave necter in the interem? That's what I did. Then I weaned myself off of that.
