    Hey Pilgrim :)
You too, Vinny and family :).

Got my turkey ready to put in the oven at noon :).
A few family members and friends are coming to my house this year
and I volunteered to do the turkey. Now, do I take the turkey
out of the plastic before I cook it? ;).

    Hugs and positive thoughts,

    Jim

    Back at you...
Happy Thanksgiving to you too Vinny. Hope you had a wonderful day....we sure did.
    Love Sue

Hey Jim...My first Turkey I cooked with all the "parts" still stuffed in it's butt! ha! Then another year I made 2 beautiful pumpkin pies..(best ever), but forgot to add the sugar. Yes...you need to take the bird out of the plastic wrapper (o: (which I'm sure you already knew)...ha! Hope it turned out good. Love Sue

    Cooking Errs
Don't feel bad the first time I cooked rice many long years ago I used 4 cups of rice in a quart of water. The uncooked rice was even with the water level. You know what happened. When I was done I could have fed China. John

    "Boo!" and "HO HO HO"
LOL - that's funny. I've had some fiascos myself - mostly from
"experimenting". I had some friends over for dinner many years ago
and what I thought (experimental) was going to be a great meal
really flopped. I ordered pizza :).

Regarding the seasons, I think "Boo!" and "HO HO HO" occur pretty
much at the same time these days ;).

    yep
I can relate. The first time I cooked a turkey for my family and extended family I left everything in the cavities of the turkey bird. My sister had to point out the cooked bags to all. It was very funny. My love and best wishes to all.

    I see you !
    Hi Jim

So nice to see you... I always wonder what the folks I chat with look like. So nice to put a picture with a friend I have come to know.

Sounds like you had a great Thanksgiving with your family and friends.

    Take care
