the roof of my mouth

You know those bumpy things you have in the roof of your mouth? Well, all of a sudden a couple of them are pulled back in the wrong direction. I can put them back down but every time I eat or drink I have to lay them back down where they go. I could probably rip one out if I wanted to, but I DO NOT want to. Is this from the radiation? This is just so bizarre.

    Never had this, I would call my doctor and ask. Don't want to get an infection of any kind.

    I never had this issue..but
    I never had this issue..but each person can have such different side effects..I would talk the the dr..

    Sounds strange... I've had
    Sounds strange... I've had taste buds fall out during my chemo, but nothing this strange during radiation. Not sure what to tell you...

    Exactly...
    What are you talking about? I've never had anything in the roof of my mouth that I had to manually manipulate...I doubt this is from radiation...you really need to have this looked at....it maybe thrush, but doesn't like it....

    I have no idea what it was.
    I have no idea what it was. I stuck them back down last night and went to bed. I got up this morning and it was a little tender but they wouldn't come back up. I have no idea what it was but since I couldn't get it to do it again I didn't tell the doctor. If it happens again I'll head to the doc. Thanks for the advice and concern.
